machined parts, but the question is; can you get machined parts when you
need them, on a consistent basis and in the timeframe required?
The Rapid Group understands the need for a reliable prototype and low volume source for
machined parts and has established an in house machining center with local partners to insure we can always meet your needs.
No Drawings Required!
Our speed is based on machining to your 3D CAD data. Therefore 3D
geometry is required at the time of order and preferred at time of
quote. Prints are helpful but not required. Perhaps more importantly, we
will inspect to your print but manufacture to the 3D geometry.

machined parts we manufacture include plates, motor mounts, linkages,
copper busbars, couplers, heat sinks, brackets, jigs & fixtures,
pistons, mounting panels, covers, T blocks, pillar blocks, bushings,
shafts, valve bodies, ferrules, nuts and screws and more. We can plate, powder coat,
and silk screen. Materials commonly available include aluminum, carbon
steel, stainless steel, Macor® glass ceramic, copper, zinc, Radel, Lexan,
radel, Delrin®, nylon and more.
